virtio-devices: vdpa: Remove get_iova_range() workaround
Now that we rely on vhost v0.4.0, which contains the fix for get_iova_range(), we don't need the workaround anymore, and we can actually call into the dedicated function. Fixes #3861 Signed-off-by: Sebastien Boeuf <sebastien.boeuf@intel.com>
