vhost_user_block: Allow dead_code for embedded error

The embedded error in the enum will be read on debug output of the
error.

Fixes beta clippy issue:

warning: field `0` is never read
  --> vhost_user_block/src/lib.rs:64:23

64 |     CreateKillEventFd(io::Error),
   |     ----------------- ^^^^^^^^^
   |     |
   |     field in this variant
   |
   = note: `#[warn(dead_code)]` on by default
help: consider changing the field to be of unit type to suppress this warning while preserving the field numbering, or remove the field
