tests: Enable virtio-iommu test on AArch64
Refactored the test case `test_virtio_iommu` to adapt architectures and different choices among ACPI and FDT. In the case of ACPI, a Focal image with modified kernel is tested. Signed-off-by: Michael Zhao <michael.zhao@arm.com>
