tests: Port test_vfio to new test methodology
Now the testing aspects are run inside a panic handler block rather than inside a credibility TestBlock. If the test fails then the output from the cloud-hypervisor binary is then presented. Signed-off-by: Rob Bradford <robert.bradford@intel.com>
