a14aee9213 qcow: Use RawFile as backend instead of File
Use RawFile as backend instead of File. This allows us to abstract
the access to the actual image with a specialized layer, so we have a
place where we can deal with the low-level peculiarities.

9caad7394d build, misc: Bump vmm-sys-util dependency
The structure of the vmm-sys-util crate has changed with lots of code
moving to submodules.

This change adjusts the use of the imported structs to reference the
submodules.

dfd44a6080 qcow: Add a zero_cluster method to raw file
Zeroing a cluster will be done from more than one place in qcow.rs soon,
add a helper to reduce duplication.

040ea5432d cloud-hypervisor: Add proper licensing
Add the BSD and Apache license.
Make all crosvm references point to the BSD license.
Add the right copyrights and identifier to our VMM code.
Add Intel copyright to the vm-virtio and pci crates.
