7a4606f800 vmm: Implement ACPI hotplug/unplug handling for PCI segments
For the bus scanning the GED AML code now calls into a PSCN method that
scans all buses. This approach was chosen since it handles the case
correctly where one GED interrupt is services for two hotplugs on
distinct segments.

The PCIU and PCID field values are now determined by the PSEG field that
is uses to select which segment those values should be used for.
Similarly _EJ0 will notify based on the value of _SEG.

a77160dca4 devices: acpi: Increase robustness of bus devices
Check the size of data buffer for reading on the ApciPmTimer device to
avoid a potential panic if the guest uses non-DWORD access.

Simplify the zeroring of the buffer for AcpiShutdownDevice.

968902dfec devices, vmm: Upgrade exit reasons to info!() level debugging
These statements are useful for understanding the cause of reset or
shutdown of the VM and are not spammy so should be included at info!()
level.

dcc646f5b1 clippy: Fix redundant allocations
With the new beta version, clippy complains about redundant allocation
when using Arc<Box<dyn T>>, and suggests replacing it simply with
Arc<dyn T>.

496ceed1d0 misc: Remove unnecessary "extern crate"
Now all crates use edition = "2018" then the majority of the "extern
crate" statements can be removed. Only those for importing macros need
to remain.

28ab6cea0e vmm: acpi: Move ACPI GED device to MMIO bus

an MMIO address that has been chosen by the allocator.

1fc6d50f3e misc: Make Bus::write() return an Option<Arc<Barrier>>
This can be uses to indicate to the caller that it should wait on the
barrier before returning as there is some asynchronous activity
triggered by the write which requires the KVM exit to block until it's
completed.

This is useful for having vCPU thread wait for the VMM thread to proceed
to activate the virtio devices.

aae5d988e1 devices: vmm: Add ACPI PM timer
This is a counter exposed via an I/O port that runs at 3.579545MHz. Here
we use a hardcoded I/O and expose the details through the FADT table.

TEST=Boot Linux kernel and see the following in dmesg:

[ 0.506198] clocksource: acpi_pm: mask: 0xffffff max_cycles: 0xffffff, max_idle_ns: 2085701024 ns

2eb26d4de4 devices: acpi: Update GED to support PCI devices hotplug
Expands the existing GED device description in the DSDT table. A new
case of hotplug notification is being added to the already existing CPU
and memory hotplug. The third case of hotplug being the addition/removal
of a PCI device, it is identified through the flag 0x4.

bb8cd9eb24 vmm: Use LegacyUserspaceInterruptGroup for acpi device
This commit replaces the way legacy interrupts were handled with the
brand new implementation of the legacy InterruptSourceGroup for KVM.

Additionally, since it removes the last bit relying on the Interrupt
trait, the trait and its implementation can be removed from the
codebase.

7310ab6fa7 devices, vmm: Use a bit field for ACPI GED interrupt type
Use independent bits for storing whether there is a CPU or memory device
changed when reporting changes via ACPI GED interrupt. This prevents a
later notification squashing an earlier one and ensure that hotplugging
both CPU and memory at the same time succeeds.

5a187ee2c2 x86_64/devices: acpi: Add support for ACPI shutdown & reboot
Add an I/O port "device" to handle requests from the kernel to shutdown
or trigger a reboot, borrowing an I/O used for ACPI on the Q35 platform.
The details of this I/O port are included in the FADT
(SLEEP_STATUS_REG/SLEEP_CONTROL_REG/RESET_REG) with the details of the
value to write in the FADT for reset (RESET_VALUE) and in the DSDT for
shutdown (S5 -> 0x05)
