1125fd2667 vmm: api: Use 'BTreeMap' for 'HttpRoutes' 
In this way, we get the values sorted by its key by default, which is
useful for the 'http_api' fuzzer.

e5155bab62 fuzz: Add fuzzer for HTTP API 
Fuzz the HTTP API handling code with a minimum HTTP API
receiver (e.g. mocking the behavior of our "vmm" thread).
