f8875acec2 misc: Bulk upgrade dependencies
In particular update for the vmm-sys-util upgrade and all the other
dependent packages. This requires an updated forked version of
kvm-bindings (due to updated vfio-ioctls) but allowed the removal of our
forked version of kvm-ioctls.

The changes to the API from kvm-ioctls and vmm-sys-util required some
other minor changes to the code.

6eeab85db0 qcow: avoid out-of-bounds access in alloc_refblocks
When all refblocks are consumed, the loop looking for the first free
cluster would access the element at refcounts[refcounts.len()], which is
out of bounds. Modify the free cluster search loop to check that the
index is in bounds before accessing it.

4963e37dc8 qcow, virtio-devices: Break cyclic dependency
Move the definition of RawFile from virtio-devices crate into qcow
crate. All the code that consumes RawFile also already depends on the
qcow crate for image file type detection so this change breaks the

crate.

0f21781fbe cargo: Bump the kvm and vmm-sys-util crates
Since the kvm crates now depend on vmm-sys-util, the bump must be
atomic.
The kvm-bindings and ioctls 0.2.0 and 0.4.0 crates come with a few API
changes, one of them being the use of a kvm_ioctls specific error type.
Porting our code to that type makes for a fairly large diff stat.

587a420429 cargo: Update to the latest kvm-ioctls version
We need to rely on the latest kvm-ioctls version to benefit from the
recent addition of unregister_ioevent(), allowing us to detach a
previously registered eventfd to a PIO or MMIO guest address.

Because of this update, we had to modify the current constraint we had
on the vmm-sys-util crate, using ">= 0.1.1" instead of being strictly
tied to "0.2.0".

Once the dependency conflict resolved, this commit took care of fixing
build issues caused by recent modification of kvm-ioctls relying on
EventFd reference instead of RawFd.

658c076eb2 linters: Fix clippy issues
Latest clippy version complains about our existing code for the
following reasons:

- trait objects without an explicit `dyn` are deprecated
- `...` range patterns are deprecated
- lint `clippy::const_static_lifetime` has been renamed to
  `clippy::redundant_static_lifetimes`
- unnecessary `unsafe` block
- unneeded return statement

All these issues have been fixed through this patch, and rustfmt has
been run to cleanup potential formatting errors due to those changes.

b713737f81 qcow: Limit file setups that consume excessive RAM
qcow currently makes assumptions about being able to fit the L1 and
refcount tables in memory. This isn't necessarily true for very large
files. The new limits to the size of in-memory buffers still allow 1TB
files with default cluster sizes. Because there aren't any 1 TB
chromebooks available yet, limit disks to that size.

This works around issues found by clusterfuzz related to large files
built with small clusters.

3f02ccaa8c qcow: Add support for QCOW v2 header
The QCOW2 format is documented here:
https://git.qemu.org/?p=qemu.git;a=blob;f=docs/interop/qcow2.txt;hb=HEAD

The only difference between v2 and v3 is the addition of some extra
fields into the header in v3 for which there are default values in v2.

This introduces a new unit test for the behaviour but it has been
manually verified by the converting the image from v3 to v2
with a command like:

qemu-img convert -O qcow2 -o compat=0.10 clear-29620-cloud.img clear-29620-cloud.img.v2
