This patch bumps the following crates, including `kvm-bindings@0.7.0`*,
`kvm-ioctls@0.16.0`**, `linux-loader@0.11.0`, `versionize@0.2.0`,
`versionize_derive@0.1.6`***, `vhost@0.10.0`,
`vhost-user-backend@0.13.1`, `virtio-queue@0.11.0`, `vm-memory@0.14.0`,
`vmm-sys-util@0.12.1`, and the latest of `vfio-bindings`, `vfio-ioctls`,
`mshv-bindings`,`mshv-ioctls`, and `vfio-user`.
* A fork of the `kvm-bindings` crate is being used to support
serialization of various structs for migration [1]. Also, code changes
are made to accommodate the updated `struct xsave` from the Linux
kernel. Note: these changes related to `struct xsave` break
live-upgrade.
** The new `kvm-ioctls` crate introduced breaking changes for
the `get/set_one_reg` API on `aarch64` [2], so code changes are made to
the new APIs.
*** A fork of the `versionize_derive` crate is being used to support
versionize on packed structs [3].

Bump to the latest rust-vmm crates, including vm-memory, vfio,
vfio-bindings, vfio-user, virtio-bindings, virtio-queue, linux-loader,
vhost, and vhost-user-backend,

Multiple rust-vmm crates must be updated at once given the vm-memory one
has been updated and they all rely on vm-memory.
- vm-memory from 0.8.0 to 0.9.0
- vhost from 0.4.0 to 0.5.0
- virtio-queue from 0.5.0 to 0.6.0
- vhost-user-backend from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0
- linux-loader from 0.4.0 to 0.5.0

The new virtio-queue version introduced some breaking changes which need
to be addressed so that Cloud Hypervisor can still work with this
version.
The most important change is about removing a handle to the guest memory
from the Queue, meaning the caller has to provide the guest memory
handle for multiple methods from the QueueT trait.
One interesting aspect is that QueueT has been widely extended to
provide every getter and setter we need to access and update the Queue
structure without having direct access to its internal fields.
This patch ports all the virtio and vhost-user devices to this new crate
definition. It also updates both vhost-user-block and vhost-user-net
backends based on the updated vhost-user-backend crate. It also updates
the fuzz directory.

And along with virtio-queue, we must also bump vhost-user-backend from
0.3.0 to 0.5.0 (since it relies on virtio-queue 0.4.0).

Rust 2021 edition has a few improvements over the 2018 edition. Migrate
the project to 2021 edition by following recommended migration steps.
Luckily, the code itself doesn't require fixing.
Bump MSRV to 1.56 as it is required by the 2021 edition. Also fix the
clap build dependency to make Cloud Hypervisor build again.

Move to release version v0.2.0 for both vm-virtio and vhost-user-backend
crates rather than relying on their main branch, as they might be
subject to breaking changes.

Now that all the preliminary work has been merged to make Cloud
Hypervisor work with the upstream crate virtio-queue from
rust-vmm/vm-virtio repository, we can move the whole codebase and remove
the local copy of the virtio-queue crate.

Relying on the vm-virtio/virtio-queue crate from rust-vmm which has been
copied inside the Cloud Hypervisor tree, the entire codebase is moved to
the new definition of a Queue and other related structures.
The reason for this move is to follow the upstream until we get some
agreement for the patches that we need on top of that to make it
properly work with Cloud Hypervisor.

This was causing some issues because of the use of 2 different versions
for the vm-memmory crate. We'll wait for all dependencies to be properly
resolved before we move to 0.7.0.
This reverts commit 76b6c62d07.

This doesn't really affect the build as we ship a Cargo.lock with fixed
versions in. However for clarity it makes sense to use fixed versions
throughout and let dependabot update them.

As the first step to complete live-migration with tracking dirty-pages
written by the VMM, this commit patches the dependent vm-memory crate to
the upstream version with the dirty-page-tracking capability. Most
changes are due to the updated `GuestMemoryMmap`, `GuestRegionMmap`, and
`MmapRegion` structs which are taking an additional generic type
parameter to specify what 'bitmap backend' is used.
The above changes should be transparent to the rest of the code base,
e.g. all unit/integration tests should pass without additional changes.

components pulling in that new version. Update the version number used
to point to the latest version but continue to use our patched version
due to the fix for #1258

Split the generic virtio code (queues and device type) from the
VirtioDevice trait, transport and device implementations.
This also simplifies the feature handling in vhost_user_backend as the
vm-virtio crate is no longer has any features.

A Snapshottable component can snapshot itself and
provide a MigrationSnapshot payload as a result.
A MigrationSnapshot payload is a map of component IDs to a list of
migration sections (MigrationSection). As component can be made of
several Migratable sub-components (e.g. the DeviceManager and its
device objects), a migration snapshot can be made of multiple snapshot
itself.
A snapshot is a list of migration sections, each section being a
component state snapshot. Having multiple sections allows for easier and
backward compatible migration payload extensions.
Once created, a migratable component snapshot may be transported and this
is what the Transportable trait defines, through 2 methods: send and recv.

Indirect descriptors is a virtio feature that allows the driver to
store a table of descriptors anywhere in memory, pointing to it from a
virtqueue ring's descriptor with a particular flag.
We can't seamlessly transition from an iterator over a conventional
descriptor chain to an indirect chain, so Queue users need to
explicitly support this feature by calling Queue::is_indirect() and
Queue::new_from_indirect().
