fdcfec081b tests: Fix test_vfio
The new kernel 5.12 requires the devices to be manually bound to
vfio-pci while adding a new_id is only needed once per
device_id:vendor_id pair.

e5211a6e1d ci: Update Ubuntu Focal custom image
Update the Ubuntu Focal image used as the guest image. It's based on the
latest Focal image released on April 1st 2021, and customized to include
all the utilities we need. As usual, snapd and pollinate services have
been removed.

5881809126 tests: Update integration tests to use new image without pollinate
This image does not have the pollinate service which can sometimes fail
and prevent SSH from starting as it marks itself as a prerequisite. This
service will never fully succeed as it tries to make a network
connection which will fail inside our test VMs.

Fixes: #2113

8c92d1dbdc tests: Wait explicitly for the guest vm to boot
Instead of blindly waiting for 20-40s for the guest VM to boot, this
patch waits the notification from the guest VM explicitly by using a
simple TcpListener on the host and a custom systemd service in the
guest.

This patch also ported few tests to use this new machanism, while more
tests are to be ported.

c58dd761f4 vmm: Remove 'file' option from MemoryConfig
After the introduction of user defined memory zones, we can now remove
the deprecated 'file' option from --memory parameter. This makes this
parameter simpler, letting more advanced users define their own custom
memory zones through the dedicated parameter.

c2920d2b6b ci: Move from Clear Linux to Ubuntu Focal Fossa cloud image
Move the CI to rely entirely on Ubuntu cloud images. It's worth noting
that both QCOW2 and RAW images from Ubuntu Focal Fossa have been
modified to include the tools needed from integration tests.
This means fio, iperf, iperf3, netcat and socat have been added to the
image. The snapd package have been fully removed as it was expecting the
support for squashfs (not present when using our own kernel from direct
kernel boot), which was causing some failures, and was preventing
cloud-init from terminating properly.

0223cf8c2b ci: Update ClearLinux image
A new ClearLinux image has been uploaded to the Azure storage account.
It is based off of the ClearLinux cloudguest image 31310 version, with
three extra bundles added to it.

First bundle is curl, which adds the curl binary to the image, second
bundle is iperf, adding the iperf binary to the image, and third bundle
is sysadmin-basic to include utility like netcat.

The image is 2G in size.

63c30a6e79 vmm: Build and set the list of external mappings for VFIO
When VFIO devices are created and if the device is attached to the
virtual IOMMU, the ExternalDmaMapping trait implementation is created
and associated with the device. The idea is to build a hash map of
device IDs with their associated trait implementation.

This hash map is provided to the virtual IOMMU device so that it knows
how to properly trigger external mappings associated with VFIO devices.

5fc3f37c9b vmm: Add iommu=on|off option for --device
Having the virtual IOMMU created with --iommu is one thing, but we also
need a way to decide if a VFIO device should be attached to the virtual
IOMMU or not. That's why we introduce an extra option "iommu" with the
value "on" or "off". By default, the device is not attached, which means
"iommu=off".

80c3fd922a ci: Allow enough time for L2 VM to boot
Because the L2 VM running in the VFIO integration test is actually
running as L3 (since the CI runs in a VM), it can take quite some
time for this VM to boot.

The way to solve this issue is to extend the sleep time before to try
communicating with the L2 VM, but also to speed up the boot time by
using virtio-console instead of serial. We suspect the use of serial,
implying PIO VM exits for each character on the serial port is quite
expensive compared to the paravirtualized console.

4b8d7e718d vmm: Add iommu=on|off option for --disk
Having the virtual IOMMU created with --iommu is one thing, but we also
need a way to decide if a virtio-blk device should be attached to this
virtual IOMMU or not. That's why we introduce an extra option "iommu"
with the value "on" or "off". By default, the device is not attached,
which means "iommu=off".

One side effect of this new option is that we had to introduce a new
option for the disk path, simply called "path=".
