Sebastien Boeuf 162789a2d1 ci: Extend virtio-blk hotplug integration test 
The existing virtio-blk hotplug test is extended by removing and
re-adding the virtio-blk device. This ensures the unplug/re-plug
feature is properly tested.

Fixes #1809
