Sebastien Boeuf 1849ffff31 vmm: Remove "amx" feature gate 
Given the AMX x86 feature has been made available since kernel v5.17,
and given we don't have any test validating this feature, there's no
need to keep it behing a Rust feature gate.

Fixes #3996
