Sebastien Boeuf 4e1b78e1ff vmm: Add 'hotplugged_size' to memory parameters ... Add the new option 'hotplugged_size' to both --memory-zone and --memory parameters so that we can let the user specify a certain amount of memory being plugged at boot.
