Rob Bradford 2cc312b65c build: Fix cargo fuzz build
Unfortunately it seems patch entries are ignored when obtaining
dependencies from another workspace.

Remove the problematic kvm-ioctls and kvm-bindings patch entries and use
the forked repository directly.
