Rob Bradford d52684450f tests: Add Ubuntu Bionic version of test_simple_launch ... Introduce a new DiskConfig implementation for Ubuntu Bionic with different cloud init preparation details and use this when testing with test_simple_launch. Adjust the memory expectation for downwards as the EFI boot results in a slightly different memory map. Also enable serial port as Ubuntu does not support a virtio-console based boot.
