Michael Zhao 6e562eb1e7 aarch64: Return the hidden RAM for UEFI ...

Size of `memory` node in FDT was reduced by 4MiB. Now it is returned.
In memory regions, a `Ram` region of 4MiB was created at address 0. Now
it is removed.
