The same Clear Linux kernel command line was repeated again and again in the code. That's why this commit takes care of factorizing it, which simplifies the code but also simplify maintenance whenever we'd need to update the block UUID. Signed-off-by: Sebastien Boeuf <sebastien.boeuf@intel.com>
