Sebastien Boeuf 48d1a31e08 tests: Introduce test_macvtap_hotplug ... The existing test_macvtap is factorized to be able to support both coldplug and hotplug of a macvtap interface through virtio-net. Adding the new test_macvtap_hotplug test allows for validating that sending a TAP file descriptor through control message along with the add-net command works.
