Add pkg-config files to allow deps to build against source tree When testing language bindings it is useful to be able to build them against an uninstalled libvirt source tree. meson: remove '.libs' from all relevant paths Meson doesn't use .libs directory, everything is placed directly into directories where meson.build file is used. In order to have working tests and running libvirt directly from GIT we need to fix all the paths pointing '.libs' directory. Fix build-time pkg-config files in VPATH Since libvirt.h was split into several files, it is impossible to compile anything against a VPATH-built libvirt. In VPATH, only libvirt.h is in build/include/libvirt while all other libvirt-*.h files are in source/include/libvirt. Signed-off-by: Jiri Denemark <jdenemar@redhat.com>

The pointer to the API XML files is incorrect though, it needs to point into the build tree.
