util: fix crash in virClassIsDerivedFrom for CloseCallbacks objects There is a possibility that qemu driver frees by unreferencing its closeCallbacks pointer as it has the only reference to the object, while in fact not all users of CloseCallbacks called thier virCloseCallbacksUnset.
