LXC: avoid useless duplicate memory free

Browse Source 
when lxcContainerIdentifyCGroups failed, the memory it allocated
has been freed, so we should not free this memory again in
lxcContainerSetupPivortRoot and lxcContainerSetupExtraMounts.
