qemu: driver: Reuse qemuDomainBlocksStatsGather in qemuDomainGetBlockInfo

Allow updating capacity for the block devices returned by
qemuDomainBlocksStatsGather and replace the open-coded call to
qemuMonitorGetAllBlockStatsInfo by the helper.
