domain_conf: modernize virDomainDiskDefParseXML()

Register an AUTOPTR_CLEANUP_FUNC for virDomainDiskDefPtr, then
use g_autoptr() in virDomainDiskDef and virStorageEncryption
pointers to get rid of the 'cleanup' and 'error' labels.
