From 0e23ef8222685b70b104d35c8276c2c2d7b3403e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jiri Denemark Date: Wed, 2 Nov 2022 12:42:26 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] spec: Fix python3-libvirt requirement in client-qemu package MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The %{release} part of the requirement is just wrong as python bindings are not rebuilt anytime libvirt release is increased, which means the client-qemu package may require nonexistent release of python bindings. The %{version} part is not wrong, but it's too strict for no reason as the virt-qemu-qmp-proxy script will work happily even with ancient python bindings. And since all distros supported by libvirt.spec already contain python3-libvirt, we can depend on the first package called this way. Signed-off-by: Jiri Denemark Reviewed-by: Daniel P.
