Use virDomainObjGetDefs in lxcDomainSetMemoryFlags

On LXC domain startup we have already called virDomainObjSetDefTransient
to fill vm->newDef.

There is no need to call virDomainLiveConfigHelperMethod which has the
ability to fill newDef if it's NULL.
