domain_driver.c: add virDomainDriverParseBlkioDeviceStr()
lxcDomainParseBlkioDeviceStr() and qemuDomainParseBlkioDeviceStr() are the same function. Avoid code repetition by putting the code in a new helper. Signed-off-by: Daniel Henrique Barboza <danielhb413@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Ján Tomko <jtomko@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Ján Tomko <jtomko@redhat.com>
