tests: Fix possible NULL derefs in virErrorTestMsgs

Browse Source 
Add guards to avoid calling strchr when @err_noinfo == NULL or
calling virErrorTestMsgFormatInfoOne when @err_info == NULL as
both would fail with a NULL deref.
