Notable changes:
 - new CPU topology parameters: 'books', 'drawers'
 - new migration parameter 'avail-switchover-bandwidth'
 - new s390x CPU properties: 'dedicated', 'entitlement'
 - new 'hostmem' parameter for 'virtio-gpu'
 - new device 'piix4-isa'
 - new property 'dynamic-memslots' of 'virtio-mem' device
 - new 'gsi*' parameters of 'ICH9-LPC'
 - new experimental 'x-south-bridge' machine option
