Remove superfluous new lines from messages

I noticed some debug messages are printed with an empty lines after
them. This patch removes these empty lines from all invocations of the
following macros:
    VIR_DEBUG
    VIR_DEBUG0
    VIR_ERROR
    VIR_ERROR0
    VIR_INFO
    VIR_WARN
    VIR_WARN0
