ci: regenerate with lcitool manifest

Browse Source 
Two notable changes:

 * the macOS platform has switched from x86_64 to aarch64
 * if a new pipeline starts before a previous one finishes,
   jobs marked 'interruptible: true' will be auto-cancelled
