ch: Enable ETHERNET Network mode support

enable VIR_DOMAIN_NET_TYPE_ETHERNET network support for ch guests.

Tested with following interface config:

    <interface type='ethernet'>
      <target dev='chtap0' managed="yes"/>
      <model type='virtio'/>
      <driver queues='2'/>
    <interface>
