cputest: Update Xeon-E7-8890 data

Without the fix in the previous patch the JSON data from QEMU would be
interpreted as Haswell-noTSX because x86DataFilterTSX would filter rtm
and hle features as a result of

    family == 6 && model == 63 && stepping < 4

test even though this CPU has stepping == 4.
