nodedev: Introduce two new flags for listAll API

VIR_CONNECT_LIST_NODE_DEVICES_CAP_FC_HOST to filter the FC HBA,
and VIR_CONNECT_LIST_NODE_DEVICES_CAP_VPORTS to filter the FC HBA
which supports vport.
