Add test case for virURIPtr classs
To ensure we properly escape & unescape IPv6 numeric addresses, add a test case * tests/Makefile.am, tests/viruritest.c: URI parsing test Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrange <berrange@redhat.com>
