Implement SCSI disk unplugging
With the introduction of the generic qemu device model, unplugging SCSI disks works like a charm, so support it in libvirt. * src/qemu/qemu_driver.c: Add qemudDomainDetachSCSIDiskDevice() to do the unplugging, extend qemudDomainDetachDeviceAdd().
