src: util: Makefile: drop undefined OPENPTY_LIBS

Commit <f650e86703847af544762d02f79c70131ff7fbab> added check for
openpty function from util library using AC_CHECK_LIB(). However, that
macro doesn't define OPENPTY_LIBS, it only defines WITH_LIBUTIL and
prepends -lutil into LIBS for the whole project.
