Another fork() log locking cleanup in file creation

Browse Source 
Similar fix as previous one but for fork() usage when creating
a file or directory

* src/util/util.c: virLogLock() and virLogUnlock() around fork()
  in virFileCreate() and virDirCreateSimple()
