qemu: Rename virQEMUCaps{Get,Fetch}CPUDefinitions

The functions return virDomainCapsCPUModelsPtr and thus they should be
called *CPUModels for consistency. Functions called *CPUDefinitions will
work on qemuMonitorCPUDefsPtr.
