Introduce virDomainChrSourceDefNew for virDomainChrDefPtr

Change the virDomainChrDef to use a pointer to 'source' and allocate
that pointer during virDomainChrDefNew.

This has tremendous "fallout" in the rest of the code which mainly
has to change source.$field to source->$field.
