qemu_capabilities: Use virQEMUCapsGetCPUModelInfo

Most places in qemu_capabilities.c which call virQEMUCapsGetHostCPUData
actually need qemuMonitorCPUModelInfoPtr from QEMU caps. Let's use the
wrapper introduced in the previous commit instead.
