Remove low level monitor APIs from header file

* src/qemu/qemu_monitor_text.h: Remove qemudMonitorCommand,
  qemudMonitorCommandWithFd, qemudMonitorCommandWithHandler,
  qemudMonitorCommandExtra low level APIs
* src/qemu/qemu_monitor_text.c: Replace s/qemud/qemuMonitor/
