conf: use disk source accessors in uml/

Part of a series of cleanups to use new accessor methods.

* src/uml/uml_conf.c (umlBuildCommandLine): Use accessors.
* src/uml/uml_driver.c (umlDomainAttachUmlDisk): Likewise.
