virt-qemu-run: Improve manual page

Specifically:

  * use the correct notation and markup for commands, options
    and arguments;
  * rename arguments meta-variables to be more descriptive;
  * sort options so that the most common ones come first;
  * use consistent vertical spacing;
  * fix a typo.
