virDomainDeviceIsUSB: Handle all USB devices and simplify the code
Rework 'virDomainUSBDeviceDefForeach' to use virDomainDeviceInfoIterate instead of open-coding all iterators. To achieve this 'virDomainDeviceIsUSB' needs to be fixed as it didn't properly handle 'sound', 'fs', 'chr', 'ccid', and 'net' usb devices.
