Fix virProcessKillPainfully on Win32

Win32 platforms don't have SIGKILL defined, but they do have
SIGABRT. Since our virProcess wrapper treats anything which
isn't SIGTERM/SIGINT as equivalent to SIGKILL, just use
SIGABRT on Win32.
