Fix test breakage on x86_64 from previous change
* tests/qemuxml2argvdata/qemuxml2argv-migrate.args,

tests/qemuxml2argvdata/qemuxml2argv-restore-v2.xml: Switch
to base 'qemu' emulator to avoid arch-dependant options
needed by 'qemu-kvm' emulator.
