qemu: hotplug: Refactor tls-credential props formatting to qemuMonitorCreateObjectProps
Note that it's okay to pass NULL to qemuDomainDelTLSObjects in qemuDomainAddTLSObjects as the tls-creds-x509 object was either not created or qemu crashed. Signed-off-by: Peter Krempa <pkrempa@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Ján Tomko <jtomko@redhat.com>
