nodeinfo: port nodecpumap to RHEL5

Prior to this patch, 'virsh nodecpumap' on older kernels reported:
error: Unable to get cpu map
error: out of memory

* src/nodeinfo.c (linuxParseCPUmax): Don't overwrite error.
(nodeGetCPUBitmap): Provide backup implementation.
