NEWS: Fix naming of DISK_DETECT_ZEROES migration parameter

There's a typo in NEWS.rst where
VIR_MIGRATE_PARAM_MIGRATE_DISKS_DETECT_ZEROES has the _ZEROES
suffix duplicated referring to a non-existent migration
parameter. Drop the suffix.
