snapshot: use new API for less work

This has the added benefit of making 'snapshot-create dom --no-metadata'
now able to tell you the name of the just-generated snapshot.

* tools/virsh.c (vshSnapshotCreate, cmdSnapshotCurrent): Don't get
XML just for name.
